Icons have been added to distinguish an enemy’s type or weapon they’re using, and a visual emphasis to target lines extending from boss characters that may use powerful attacks. Furthermore, a “Simulation Mode” will let you check the estimated results of actions against enemies in our out of your attack range. You can now change commands while hovering the cursor over an enemy within attack range to assess the estimated damage and accuracy rate with the command you are planning to use. The sensitivity with witch the camera can be rotated has been adjusted as well. Camera controls have been adjusted where you can now freely adjust the camera’s zoom and the perspective can be quickly changed by moving the right stick. A conversation log that allow you to view and listen to previous lines.įor battles: “Easy,” “Default,” and “Hard” difficulties can be selected. ![]() Profiles displayed on introduction of a character.On the world map, the cursor speed has been increased when selecting events and icons for character episodes and side stories are now easier to distinguish. Conversation logs have been added just incase you skip a line of dialogue, and there are now character profiles that appear on screen when a character is introduced. Auto-play and Skip functions have been added to events and can be activated with press of the ZR button and + button respectively. Additionally, in the final version of the game, the number of times you are returned to the world map after viewing an event scene has been reduced, thereby lowering the amount of times you will have to sit through a loading sequence. We learn that loading times during events have been reduced by 10 seconds, and the team plans to further reduce loading times by launch. The results of that feedback were published this week following a release date announcement in a Nintendo Direct presentation. Later on, a survey was distributed to collect feedback on that demo to inform further development of the final product. Earlier this year, Square Enix released a “debut” demo that’s still available to try now. Triangle Strategy, previously known as Project Triangle Strategy, is planned for release on Mafor the Nintendo Switch. ![]()
